Albert Babbitt, CFO

Mr. Babbitt is CFO of C2Rewards, Inc. and also the founder of State Tax Services, LLC, a preeminent state and local tax consulting firm serving several Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Babbitt is also a former partner in Deloitte Tax’s Multistate Tax Services Group. While with Deloitte, Al was one of only two tax partners specializing in transaction taxes and was the national healthcare and life sciences practice leader for multistate tax, growing the Southeast regional practice from $400K to $5M in annual revenue and the national practice to $18M.  In 2005, Al started his own multimillion dollar tax and legislative consulting firm, and has implemented transaction tax systems for the largest medical device manufacturers and healthcare providers in the U.S.  His firm has become the primary or sole-source provider of transaction tax consulting services to four of the largest hospital chains and dialysis service providers in the U.S., with revenues exceeding $60B.

Timothy May, CMO / Product Management

Mr. May is a serial entrepreneur. Co-founding Progressive Solutions Inc., he drove it to profitability from day one by bringing custom ERP solutions to the lumber industry. Mr. May cashed out of PSI to found Roundtable Software which created the first software configuration management software for the large Progress Software community. After a successful launch and reaching profitability, Roundtable was acquired by StarBase Corporation and Mr. May joined StarBase as their Director of Marketing where he turned their unsuccessful StarTeam 1.0 product into the wildly profitable StarTeam enterprise product line which was later acquired by Borland Software. Mr. May cashed out of StarBase to co-found Investment Science corporation which managed hedge funds using advanced analytics.

Frank Teklitz, Director of Strategic Sales and Marketing Communications

Mr. Teklitz provides leadership in the areas of product sales, marketing, channel development and business intelligence. Mr. Teklitz was Vice President of Product Development at Compudigm International where he launched Gaming Power, a successful visual business intelligence product suite for the Casino Gaming market. Gaming Power expanded sales revenue for Compudigm by over 400% per annum and won top product awards in 2005 and 2007.
